Casa Vista Alta (Sleeps 8) is a beautiful 4-bedroom family Carvoeiro villa. There is an 8m by 4m swimming pool that can be heated, with a kiddies area.  Further, it sits in a large plot with lawns and an old tennis court.  Casa Vista Alta has air conditioning throughout.  A car is recommended, although you can just Uber everywhere.  Additionally, the beach, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance (1.5km – 2km).

Arrival at your Carvoeiro villa Casa Vista Alta

A family-orientated property has spacious accommodation and comprises of entrance to an open plan kitchen/dining area, with patio doors off to a charming separate courtyard with table and chairs.  A couple of steps down from the dining area is the lounge.  Furthermore, patio doors open up onto a shaded dining area with tables and chairs and direct access to the pool terrace.

​Downstairs Bedrooms
Off the lounge is a spacious optional super king/twin bed with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower/bathroom. The patio door opens up onto the pool terrace.   Furthermore on the other side are a further two bedrooms both optional super king/twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors opening up onto the pool terrace.  These two bedrooms share a shower room.

​Upstairs Master Suite
Stairs from the lounge lead up to the master suite which has a nice bright seating area with access to a sun terrace, and great views of the town and the sea, perfect areas to relax.  2 steps from the seating area lead up to double doors opening up on a further bedroom with option superking/twin beds and an en suite shower room.

​Pool Terrace
Casa Vista Alta has an 8m x 4m swimming pool that can be heated, Roman steps, and a separate kiddies area.  There is a large pool terrace, with a built-in BBQ and shaded seating area.

Garden of discovery
Casa Vista Alta sits on a large mature plot that has been landscaped in 2020/2021.  The garden has a theme to be child-friendly (less spikey plants), colorful, and a place to explore.  Additionally, in front of the house are herb beds, one for cooking and the other for making teas.  Also by the pool terrace is a lime and lemon tree for your drinks!

Parking and Tennis court
There is parking at the front of the property for several cars and the plot is fully fenced.  There is also an old full-size tennis court which is ok for a knock about of tennis or soccer (The quality of the court is not perfect)
