Villa Atlantica (Sleeps 18+2) stunning luxury villa, built (in 2020) and furnished by the Pac4Portugal team.  This Carvoeiro villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.  Furthermore, there is an 11m by 5m heated swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace.  In addition, the villa has a man-made beach, lawn, seating areas and kids’ play area, and a games area.  Moreover, offering ample private parking and the villa can host special events like weddings. Located just 1km from Carvoeiro Beach and several minutes walk from several restaurants.

Gates open up to your stunning holiday rental with a parking area in front of the villa (as well as on-street parking).  On entering the property you have the main living areas in front of you with an open-plan lounge/dining area and, a fully equipped kitchen. Within the lounge is ample seating, with patio doors opening up onto the terrace, and pool area.

Lower ground floor bedrooms
Stairs down from the reception lead to 3 more super king/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms.  Additionally, each room has plenty of wardrobe space, a safe, and patio doors leading to the downstairs garden and chill-out areas, as well as a games area.

Ground floor bedrooms
From the reception area a corridor leads to 3 superking/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms. Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, and a safe, there is also a vanity table, with a mirror and chair.  Additionally, patio doors lead to the pool terrace.  One of the bedrooms has an extra bed.

First-floor bedrooms
Stairs lead off the reception to the first floor.  Here are 3 more super king/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms. Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, and a safe, with a mirror and chair.  Also, patio doors lead to a private upstairs terrace with sea views.

Roof Terrace
A door off the first floor leads you to steps to the roof terrace.  Here this large terrace offers truly panoramic sea views, on a good day you can see to Sagres on the west coast. The roof terrace has a table and sofa, perfect for sundowners and watching the sunset.

Pool Area
There is a large 11m by 5m heated swimming pool surrounded by a terrace area with a shaded area. The pool has Roman steps with a shallow end of around 0.9m sloping to a deep end of 2m. Here are sunbeds for 12+ and several seating areas to allow groups to have their own space.  Furthermore, the property has a built-in BBQ on the far side of the pool.

Moreover, there is a terrace area, with a 12m cover pergola with a large bespoke table with chairs available for 20+.  Even more, off the pool terrace is a lawn area leading to a children’s play area and a large man-made beach. There are plenty of games for the beach and the lawn including a volleyball net, beach football net, boules, quoit plus lots more.

Games area
Steps from the pool terrace area down to the chill-out semi-shaded area with interior garden.  Importantly here you will find the games area.  Hosting a pool table, table tennis, table football, and basketball hoop.
