Introduction to Villa Mediterraneo

Villa Mediterraneo is a well-equipped, air-conditioned, 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom Carvoeiro villa rental.  Hosting indoor and outdoor game areas, with lots of game tables and kids’ play areas.  Furthermore, there is a 12m by 5m heatable swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace, a man-made beach, and seating areas.  Additionally, there is ample private parking and the villa can host special events like weddings. Located on the edge of Quinta do Paraiso, it is 20 20-minute walk from Carvoeiro town. There are also two very good value restaurants for in eat in or takeaway just 2 minute’s walk.

Arriving at Villa Mediterraneo

Gates open up to your stunning holiday location with a drive that brings you around to the side of the villa with parking.  On entering the property you have the main living areas in front of you.  An open-plan lounge/dining area with a breakfast bar separates the fully equipped kitchen.  Patio doors are opening up onto the terrace and pool area. Additionally, the kitchen opens up onto a covered terrace for Alfresco dining with a large table and chairs (large enough for 12+ people).  There is also a double BBQ.

Downstairs Bedrooms & Games Room
From the reception area, if you turn left there is a corridor leading to 3 superking/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms. Furthermore, each room has plenty of wardrobe space and patio doors leading to the garden and pool terraces.  Finally at the end of the corridor is a games room with TV and indoor games as shown.

1st Floor Bedrooms
Stairs from the reception area lead to the first floor.  There are 3 more super king/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms. The large master super king/twin bedroom has an extra bed (only made up when required).  Additionally, to the master bedroom is another larger super king/twin bedroom that can fit a single bed in to make a complete 12+2.  The final bedroom upstairs is just a super king/twin. Each room has plenty of wardrobe space and patio doors leading to a private upstairs terrace with sea views, this terrace is just for first-floor bedrooms and has an outdoor sofa and chairs.

Upstairs Terraces
Moreover on the first floor is a sun terrace for all to use, with sunbeds and steps leading to the roof terrace with truly panoramic sea views, on a good day you can see Sagres on the west coast. The roof terrace has a table and sofa, perfect for sundowners and watching the sunset.

Villa Mediterraneo Pool Terrace
Outside of Villa Mediterraneo is set in a good-sized plot, fully fenced and screened, with gates and parking for 4+ cars.  There is a large 12m by 5m swimming pool that can be heated and surrounded by a terrace area with a shaded area. The pool has Roman steps with a shallow end of around 0.9m sloping to a deep end of 2m. There are sunbeds for 12+ and several seating areas to allow groups to have their own space.

Outdoor Entertainment
